AR Build Kits. Complete upper + lower bundles for every role.
If you want a reliable, drop-in solution instead of sourcing parts one by one, AR Build Kits are the fastest path from idea to range.
Our kits bundle a matched barreled upper (barrel, gas system, handguard), bolt carrier group (BCG), charging handle, and a complete lower solution (LPK + buffer system + stock/brace where applicable) so you avoid compatibility guesswork and assemble with confidence.
Whether you’re after a lightweight AR-15 carbine, a suppressed 300 Blackout setup, a compact AR-9 PCC, or a long-range LR-308/AR-10 combo, these kits give you a coherent parts set that works together out of the box.
Every kit includes a precision-matched barreled upper (barrel, gas system, handguard), bolt carrier group (BCG), charging handle, and a complete mil-spec lower parts system (LPK plus buffer system and stock). Some models even include upper accessories for immediate functionality.
From the classic A2 look to modern M-Lok rifles, our kits deliver a complete upper and lower support for seamless assembly. In other words, it's all the parts you need to assemble a functioning rifle, minus the stripped lower receiver.
Our build kits do not include a stripped lower receiver, or an 80% lower. This allows you to save time and money and, since no firearm is included, your kit can ship quickly and affordably without extra taxes or fees.
Each kit's barrel profile and finish (qpq/nitride, stainless, parkerized) are clearly noted. So, you can pick for accuracy, corrosion resistance, or weight preferences.
We've got plenty of guides to help you pick the right build kit, and we have a detailed install guide to help you put your kit together!
Here are answers to common questions before you buy:
Q: Are these build kits firearms?
A: Under federal law, no. These kits do not include a stripped lower receiver, which is the firearm component of the AR-15 and other AR-type firearms. These kits do not include an 80% lower, either. With that said, some states have classified build kits as firearms, anyway. We cannot ship our kits to those states. See a list of restricted states we can't ship to, here.
Q: What if I live in a restricted state?
A: Unfortunately, you will not be able to purchase one of our build kits. If you place an order while living in a restricted state, your order will be cancelled, and a restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. We cannot make shipping exceptions for law enforcement or military personnel.
Q: How do I put my build kit together?
A: Your build kit already includes an assembled upper receiver. You only need to assemble your lower receiver using the provided lower parts kit, buffer, and pistol grip. Again, you can follow our step-by-step guide to complete these assembly steps: How to Install The AR-15 Lower Parts Kit.
Q: What's the difference between a rifle kit and a pistol kit?
A: An AR rifle kit includes an upper assembly with a barrel at least 16" long. This is the minimum legal barrel length for any firearm to be classified as a rifle when also equipped with a buttstock. An AR pistol kit includes an upper with a barrel shorter than 16". Once assembled, an AR pistol would be classified as a short-barreled rifle if it were equipped with a buttstock. We do not include stocks in our pistol kits.
Q: Can I convert my pistol build kit into an SBR?
A: Yes, but you must first submit an application to make and register a short-barreled rifle with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms. Read this guide to learn how: How to Legally Convert an AR Pistol Into an SBR. Note that, despite being legal under federal law, short-barreled rifles are banned in some states.
Q: What's the difference between a 5.56 NATO kit and a .223 Wylde kit?
A: The .223 Wylde chamber is a hybrid chamber designed to safely shoot both 5.56 NATO and .223 Remington. Normally, you couldn't chamber 5.56 NATO ammo in a .223 Remington barrel, because it may cause over-pressurization. Learn more here: What is .223 Wylde?
