The Glock® Compatible Competition Spring Kit allows you to customize several things inside your gen 1-4 double-stack pistol. First, you can replace your OEM trigger spring with the heavier competition trigger spring to give your trigger a smoother and lighter feel with crisper action. Yes, it seems counterintuitive, but for a lighter pull, you want a heavier trigger spring. Second, you can replace your OEM firing pin safety spring with the reduced power firing pin safety spring for lighter trigger action when you get to the "wall." Don't worry, it'll still be well within safe tolerances. Finally, you can replace your OEM firing pin spring with any one of the five included ones. You can try each one until you get the one that best fits your preferences. See below for what's included in this package.
Please note: the Glock® Compatible Competition Spring Kit is only for use with double-stack Glock® compatible models (gens 1-5). This kit is not compatible with the single-stack models: 42, 43, 43X, or 48.
