Quality 80% handgun parts for the 1911, Polymer80 GLOCK®, and Sig Sauer P320 platforms.
Whether you love customizing your weapons from the ground up or you're a first-time owner ready to exercise your Second Amendment rights, these 80 percent handgun parts kits provide most tools required for assembling a completed 80% pistol frame (sold separately, fabrication required) into a truly reliable, accurate pistol. These handgun parts are designed by experienced arms makers and use only components made in the U.S.
These 80% parts are available for the following makes and models:
Our jigs are designed to allow you to fabricate an 80% frame for a 1911, GLOCK-compatible handgun, or Sig P320-compatible handgun using the provided firearm receiver blank, bits, and the jig itself. The jig kits do not include the handgun parts kit necessary for assembling your completed frame. With a complete frame, you may purchase any "retail" components compatible with your chosen frame to build a truly custom handgun. In many cases, your may purchase the parts kit on this page, instead.
Our pistol parts kits include all the components required to assemble your fabricated 80% frame, minus a magazine. Fabricating a pistol (or 80% fire control unit for the P320) for assembly requires purchasing the frame blank and a finishing jig, first. The fabrication and assembly processes require only basic hand tools, most often an electric drill, drill press, Dremel, vise, and files or sandpaper. Because each frame is different, the tool requirements are not universal but similar.
Under federal law, yes. If you can legally own a gun in your state, you can legally build a firearm from scratch. Building a gun is allowed under federal law, and you don't need a license (FFL) nor any paperwork or a background check to build a gun. Some states have tried to eliminate this right. States like California require that you undergo a background check and serialize your handgun before you build it. Other states have banned 80% handguns and build kits altogether. Please read our Shipping & Return Policy to determine if we can ship to your state. Orders placed by residents in restricted states cannot be fulfilled and will be canceled, less any restocking fees.
No experience is required to master one of these build projects, and easy-to-follow instructions are provided. To get a better idea of what's involved for each platform, reference the instructional build guides below:
