BREAKING NEWS:
Federal District Court Vacated ATF's unconstitutional receiver rule on 6/30/2023!
Thank you all for being loyal customers. We have exciting news! We can't think of a better announcement this 4th of July Holiday week!!! We just regained one of our rights! Late yesterday evening, Firearms Policy Coalition were successful in convincing a federal judge that the ATF's "frame or receiver" rule was unconstitutional.
The federal judge has granted summary judgement for the plaintiffs in VanDerStok v Garland. The judge has vacated the ATF's "frame or receiver" rule which prevents the federal government from enforcing it.
We are extremely grateful for FPC and their hard work getting this rule overturned. Because of loyal customers like you, we have been able to support FPC as a FPC Constitution Alliance member, which allows them to fight for our 2A rights.
Thank you for sticking with us during this time. Your support of remaining loyal customers, and by taking action to comment on the final rule, reaching out to senators and congressmen was also a big part of the equation of getting this rule overturned.
