Shipping & Returns
80-Lower.com only ships within the United States. The exceptions within the US are when there are state and local restrictions against certain parts and/or accessories (i.e. states with high capacity magazine restrictions). We cannot ship our products internationally.
New Jersey’s attorney general recently demanded that companies stop marketing and selling untraceable weapons or “ghost guns”. Therefore, we are not allowing sales or shipping of any of our items to the state of New Jersey. See N.J.S.A. 2C:39-9g.
Shipping costs and delivery dates are estimated at checkout after you’ve placed your order. However, our track record and goal is to ship every order the same day the order is placed. The shipping costs are determined by the shipping options you select for your order during checkout.
We ship via UPS for your convenience. All orders are shipped in non-descriptive boxes and sealed at every edge to ensure a safe and anonymous delivery. As a courtesy, many of our items can qualify for free shipping, which is also determined during the time you are placing your order. Currently, orders over $325+ qualify for free standard shipping (UPS Ground). We do NOT currently ship to any PO Box addresses. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
We know our customers prefer simplicity and convenience, and we’ve created our return policy with you in mind. If you receive an item that is deficient, we want you to return it. We accept any new, unopened and unused items within 30 days for refund. We will not cover the return shipping on an item because you decided that you no longer want the product.
Very rarely are our lower receivers out-of-spec or incorrect. In very rare circumstances will we replace these. If it is sent to us before it is completed, we will gladly take it back to sell as a blemished lower receiver. If it is already completed, they will have to cut it in half and send it back to us to redeem a replacement or refund. A picture of the issue will not suffice and the product needs to be returned for a replacement or refund.
If a customer cancels an order after the item is shipped or decides they no longer want their order once they receive it and send it back, the customer will be charged a 10% (of their order amount) re-stocking fee or $15, whichever is the greater amount.
Refunds are processed as soon as we receive the refunded item back to our shop. We will then email you a copy of your refund receipt for your records as soon as we receive and process the returned item. Upon initiation of a refund, it takes about 3-5 days for the funds to make it back into your account.
