Upgrade your P320 with a quality, custom barrel.

The P320 can provide arguably the greatest "bang for the buck" (literally) when it comes to investing in an upgrade-able performance pistol platform: Thanks to its universal chassis and largely tool-less design, the exoskeleton, slide, barrel, and caliber can be swapped altogether and with ease. That's why we're sourcing quality, match-grade custom P320 barrels for your pistol.

OEM and Aftermarket P320 Barrels

Not interested in breaking the bank? Simply want to swap calibers on your Sig P320? Grab an affordable OEM barrel guaranteed to fit like a glove with MOA accuracy, like Sig Sauer intended. All OEM and aftermarket barrels made from quality, mil-spec 4150V carbon steel or 416R Crucible stainless -- the same stainless alloy used to forge and cut the world's best competition rifle barrels.

Heat-treated with QPQ Nitride

Available carbon steel barrels are heat-treated after forging to obtain a Mohs hardness of RC 43-47, greatly increasing barrel life and protecting the rifling from deformation, especially during rapid fire. Carbon barrels are further protected against erosion, heat, rust and fatigue thanks to a high-temperature QPQ Nitride treatment, providing a slick black finish that blends in and provides a diamond-tough coating.
