Track Your Shipment

We generally ship orders within 2-3 business days. Orders placed on Friday afternoons, weekends, or on holidays, please allow an additional day for processing/shipping.

To track your shipment, enter your order number and shipping zip code above. Your order number was emailed to you in the order confirmation email. This email is sent by info@80-lower.com with a subject line of "Your 80% Lowers Order Confirmation". If you do not see your order confirmation email, search your email for "Your 80% Lowers Order Confirmation" and check your spam/junk folders.

Returns

Returning New, Unopened, & Unused Items

Effective July 25th 2022 due to ATF Rule 2021R-05F, we are NOT accepting any returns for ANY reason on jigs and jig parts. ALL SALES ON JIGS AND JIG PARTS ARE FINAL.
As of December 29th 2022, we are NOT accepting any returns for ANY reason on Polymer 80 pistol frames due to the new ATF letter concerning them.

We gladly accept returns on any new, unopened, and unused items (excluding the above mentioned) for any reason within 90 days of the purchase for a refund MINUS the original cost of shipping. We will still be able to take back new, unopened, and unused items (excluding the above mentioned) after 90 days, for store credit (no refund back to the original pay-type after 90 days) up to 6 months from the time the order is placed.

Returning Defective Items

We want your experience with us to be the best. You deserve quality lowers and gun parts! If you ever receive an item from us that is defective, broken, or otherwise faulty, we want you to return it. We’ll work to make it right for you. Get in touch with us to start the return process as soon as possible. For returns of lower receivers, please read below.

Returning an 80% Lower Receiver

Very rarely, some 80% lower receivers may be manufactured out-of-spec or with incorrect tolerances. In these very rare circumstances, will we replace your item. If you notice a defect with the lower you purchased, do not attempt to machine it. Once a lower is partially machined, it is classified as a firearm under the Gun Control Act of 1968. We cannot accept any returns on any items that may be considered a firearm. But that does not necessarily mean we can’t accept your return. Keep reading:

Partial or Completed 80% Lower Returns

If your lower is completed or partially completed and is found to be defective by no fault of your own, we’ll work with you to replace it. Give us a call or send us an email. We will attempt to diagnose the issue with you. We may ask that you submit some photos of the defect and the current state of the lower receiver to confirm the defect.

Remember, we cannot accept returns of partially or fully completed lowers, or any items that may be considered a firearm.

Cancellations & Refunds

80% Lowers (Tactical Gear Heads, LLC) reserves the right to cancel any order, at any time, for any reason.

Canceling an Order

If you place an order and wish to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. We work quickly to process, box, and ship orders. Canceled orders may be subject to the 10% re-stocking fee once placed. The sooner you contact us, the better!

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 2 business days of receiving your item back into our inventory. We will process your refund with your original payment method. We’ll also email you a copy of your refund receipt for your records. Upon initiation of a refund, it may take up to 3 to 5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Restricted Orders

New gun laws are always being passed. While we make every effort to update our terms and conditions to reflect state and federal laws, the information contained in this page may not always be current or all-inclusive. It is YOUR responsibility to know and understand all current laws governing the sale, transport, making of, and ownership of a firearm in your state and city/town.

Shipping Restrictions

80% Lowers (80-Lower.com) only ships within the United States. Shipping is prohibited to states and locales with restrictions against certain parts and accessories. Federal legislation dictates we cannot ship our products internationally.
