Description

This Elite Builder 80% Lower Jig is compatible with our Forged 80% Lowers and our Premium Fire/Safe Marked Billet 80% Lowers! Other manufacturer's billet 80% lowers may be compatible with the Elite Builder 80% lower jig, provided their lower receiver design adheres to mil-spec specifications.

This 5-pack 80% lower and jig combo is the safest way to invest your future AR-senal without having to worry about future costs or shipping times. We bundle each kit and jig with precision, industrial-grade HSS bits to ensure you can cut and drill all five lowers with ease.

  • Threaded bolt catch hole
  • Threaded rear takedown hole
  • Included screws and hex key
  • “FIRE” and “SAFE" engravings
  • Type III hardcoat anodized finish

The Elite Builder V2 80% AR-15 Jig

If you’re cutting and drilling multiple 80% lowers, the Elite Builder Jig is the only unit capable. It’s made from hardened steel - not aluminum or polymer like most other jigs - and can take a beating while providing machining accuracy down to one-thousandths of an inch. It automatically aligns each lower, too, reducing critical measuring and guesswork for first-timers:

  • Hardened steel drill bushings automatically align and center bits
  • All site plates, top plates and templates made from hardened steel
  • Template laser-cut to provide machining accuracy down to 0.001”
  • Self-aligning jig automatically indexes billet receiver for you
  • Black anodized finish protects jig walls and templates
