Description

This Elite Builder 80% Lower Jig is compatible with our Forged 80% Lowers and our Premium Fire/Safe Marked Billet 80% Lowers! Other manufacturer's billet 80% lowers may be compatible with the Elite Builder 80% lower jig, provided their lower receiver design adheres to mil-spec specifications.

Cutting and drilling your first 80% lower receiver doesn’t have to be a guessing game. With so many combinations of receivers, jigs, and tools out there, we decided to make it simple: This Billet 80% Lower-and-Elite Builder Jig Combo provides the highest quality AR-15 lower and gunsmithing kit you need for that first black rifle (or pistol) build.

Premium Billet 80% Lower Receiver

This billet receiver interfaces perfectly with the Elite Builder Jig. It also features some upgrades over the average stripped receiver to make final assembly and use easier, including:

  • Integrated trigger guard
  • Threaded bolt catch hole
  • Threaded rear takedown hole
  • Included screws and hex key
  • “FIRE” and “SAFE" engravings
  • Type III hardcoat anodized finish
  • Mil-spec buffer and parts kit fitment
  • Broached mag well for easier reloads

The Elite Builder V2 80% AR-15 Jig

Some jigs are finicky. Others won’t last more than a single lower. And some don’t include the right bits and tools. The Elite Builder AR-15 Jig does away with all that, providing you with quality industrial-grade HSS end mill bits and drill bits, so all you need is a basic drill press or mini-mill. It includes plenty of other rugged upgrades to help you through your first 80% lower build confidently:

  • Hardened steel drill bushings automatically align and center bits
  • All site plates, top plates and templates made from hardened steel
  • Template laser-cut to provide machining accuracy down to 0.001”
  • Self-aligning jig automatically indexes billet receiver for you
  • Black anodized finish protects jig walls and templates
