6.5 Creedmoor Side-Charging Rifle Kit - 18" Black Nitride Heavy Barrel (Straight Fluted), 1:8 Twist Rate, with 15" M-LOK Handguard

Ships Next Business Day

If you think about it, 6.5 Creedmoor is to .308WIN, as 5.56mm is to .300BLK. Both 6.5 Creedmoor and 5.56mm are smaller than their loosely comparable counterparts. But for long-range shooting, this is a good thing, because it means you'll get better ballistics out to much further distances. And if you are a long-range shooter, you can appreciate the better ballistics that 6.5 Creedmoor possesses over its .308 counterpart. If you're enticed by better ballistics, then build a 6.5 CM shooter for yourself and take even more pride in your ability as well as your rifle.

This is one of our 6.5 Creedmoor side-charging rifle kits, and it'll have you outperforming the guy next to you at the range who's shooting his .308 rifle the same distance. It comes with a completely prebuilt upper assembly with a black nitride-coated 18-inch heavy-profile barrel that's been given straight fluting down the barrel. Because hey, if you're gonna outperform the .308 guys, you may as well have a rifle that looks better than theirs too, right? On the end of the barrel, you'll find a twisted flash hider. The barrel itself has a 1:8 twist rate to handle many of the common 6.5CM bullet grains and is housed in a 15" free-floating M-LOK handguard, so you can mount your bipod, vertical grip, or whatever else. To top it all off, the upper assembly is side-charging, which is another way you're not like the .308 guys who use the boring standard type of charging handle. All you need to do is purchase and finish your own 80% .308-sized lower receiver, which you can find here. Then mount your favorite sights or optics and grabs some mags and ammo. See below for more info.
