The bufferless AR9 is here.
The 9mm AR is the perfect platform to building an ultra-compact, bufferless pistol, and this upper is the ticket for completing your build.
This 7.5" AR9 upper features a side-charging monolithic bolt and capped end plate assembly that replaces the AR9's buffer tube and recoil spring with an operating rod and spring contained within the upper receiver itself.
This upper is compatible with any standard AR-15 lower equipped with a 9mm magazine well adapter, as well as any AR9 80% lower or retail-bought AR9 stripped lower receiver.
The capped end plate includes a vertical Picatinny rail for installing a folding stock. WARNING: Your AR9 must first be registered as a short-barreled rifle before installing a stock with this upper.
