Polymer80 Jig Kit
If you're ready to build a handgun or rifle from scratch (and you want to do it as affordably as possible), then a Polymer80 Jig Kit might be the choice for you: Each P80 jig kit includes either a GLOCK®-compatible polymer 80% frame or AR-15 80% lower plus the finishing jig and required bits and tooling for cutting and drilling either 80% unit.
How the P80 Kits Work
Once you receive your P80 jig kit, you'll perform some basic machining to fabricate the "not-a-firearm" frame or receiver blank into a functional unit, a firearm under legal definition. Then, you can install all the parts required to complete your build. If you bought a Polymer80 pistol kit, you'll pair it up with the corresponding GLOCK® Gen3 components. Complete Pistol Build Kits include all the parts you need to build a handgun in one order, including quality factory components. The frame-and-jig combo kits include a stainless steel locking block and rear rail module for your slide and trigger mechanism.
Not a Firearm Under Federal Law
Each kit's included 80% lower or 80% frame is not considered a firearm under federal law. And building a gun at home privately, for personal use, is legal to do under federal law -- no FFL, no paperwork, no background check required. Some states ban or restrict kits like these, including the practice of building a firearm at home (some states allow this, but require a background check) so check our Shipping Policy for restrictions, before ordering. We cannot ship our products to all states.
P80 & GLOCK Compatibility
- The PF940C jig kit is compatible with G19, G23, and G32 handguns.
- The PF940v2 jig kit is compatible with G17, G22, G24, G31, G34, and G35 handguns.
- The PF940SC jig kit is compatible with G26, G27 handguns.
If you purchase a P80 AR-15 80% lower jig kit, your finished stripped lower will be 100% compatible with any conventional AR-15 parts! That includes any prebuilt upper, lower parts kit and any AR-15 trigger, buffer system, and other mil-spec components.
Completing Your P80 Frame or Receiver
Each Polymer80 jig includes the necessary detailed instructions for confidently cutting and drilling your 80% receiver or frame. Working with polymer is even easier than machining aluminum or steel, so basic hand tools are all you need.
