Full Size Pistol Jig Kit

Full Size Pistol Jig Kit

Getting your hands on a truly custom, range-ready, full-size carry pistol can get expensive: You normally spend a premium for a high-tier brand name, or you spend even more having a gunsmith or range service put one together for you. Of course, there's option #3: Build one from the ground up yourself, using quality components that allow you to build onto the platform and invest in exactly what you want. That's the deal with these Full-Size 80% pistol jig kits, made compatible with Glock®'s most popular series of larger handguns.

Full-Size Jig Kit: What's Included

P80 Frame Finishing Jig. The jig is the most important piece of this puzzle. It allows you to legally fabricate a functional Glock®-compatible pistol frame at home using basic tools: A Dremel or snips, some round files or sand paper, and a small vise. Here's a guide that shows how to complete your full-size 80% pistol frame.

Drill bits for 80% frame pin holes. You'll need to drill a few holes in the frame blank so you can install pins that secure the trigger and parts kits. To ensure your holes are drilled precisely and to the right diameter, the jig includes the bits for each kit and set of components.

Polymer80 Pistol Frame. Polymer80 has taken the Glock design and made some upgrades with this frame blank. It sports a a new wrap-around grip texture, a more comfortable grip angle, a double-undercut trigger guard for better grip and control, and it works with all Glock® gen3 components, providing you with the widest array of custom parts options.

Gen3 Pistol Build Components. Each Jig Kit includes all the parts you need to assemble your finished P80 frame into a full-size handgun: Front- and rear-cut slide, 1:10-twist nitrided barrel with target crown, factory-spec frame and parts kits, and a free lockbox for carrying your new shooter.

Jig Kit & Parts Compatibility

The Polymer80 PF940v2 is the second iteration of the P80 build kit, designed to be compatible with OEM and aftermarket Glock® 17, 17L, and 34 (9mm), Glock® 22, 24, and 35 (.40 S&W) and Glock® 31 (.357 Sig) series of handguns.

Not Firearms Under Federal Law

Unlike finished handgun and rifle receivers and frames, the ATF and federal law do not recognize these 80% handgun frames as firearms. These units are considered firearm blanks, non-functioning gun parts that are not regulated as guns. That means you don't need to order your frame through an FFL, pay any dealer or transfer fees, or conduct a background check. Some states have banned 80% lowers and certain firearm parts, or have otherwise restricted the sale and ownership of products we sell. So, be sure to check your local and state laws. We can’t ship our products to certain states. Please check our Shipping & Return Policy before placing an order (see restrictions).

Your custom full-size pistol build awaits.
